Policies

Pets:
We do not accept any pets under any circumstances, not in the rooms or anywhere on the property.  Fines apply for non-compliance.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms or in non-smoking sections, inside or outside. This is both a state and local law as well as our policy.

Smoking is allowed in smoking rooms in the smoking section or out in the center of the parking lot where the lawn is.

Fines apply for non-compliance.

Cancelation:
We must be notified 48 hours prior to your arrival date if you are canceling to avoid cancelation penalty of one night's charge. In the case of adverse weather conditions that close down all roads and airports, this policy will be suspended. Please call to confirm.

Late arrival:
Our office closes at 11 pm. If you anticipate arriving after that time, please call ahead to make arrangements.

Liability:
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

 

Fines

A fine of up to $500 will be applied for non-compliance to hotel policies in order to enforce state and local laws as well as house rules. While this may seem harsh, it is meant to ensure a safe and appropriate environment for all of our guests. We expect a certain level of courtesy so that all may enjoy their experience in Steamboat Springs.
